Important Information

Please click on the below topics to open important information regarding each item. We have made numerous changes and updates for the 2023 series and you can find that information here.

  • Registration is $125 per racer ($100 for any additional classes entered). 
  • Your registration fee includes your transponder rental. We will not be allowing individually owned transponders. 
  • Racer Registration ends at midnight the Thursday preceding the event.
  • EVERYONE* must register online, including all women racers.  
  • If you do not register online, you will face a hefty late fee for attempting to register onsite.
  • You will be required to provide a credit card for a security deposit upon transponder pick up
    • Pick Up Times: Friday: 5-7 pm & Saturday: 8-9 am
  • AMA Membership: You are required to be an AMA member to race our events and will be required to enter your number during online pre-registration.
  • Bring your membership card to transponder pick up so we can verify your information. 
  • We reserve the right to require an onsite purchase of an AMA membership if we cannot verify your membership.

*The only racers not required to register online have already been notified, so if you have not been notified please register for each event.  if you have questions about this, please text (918) 519-6686.

  • Pit pass sales will begin Saturday morning when doors open.
  • Pit Passes are $30 and anyone wanting to be in the building during the day will need to purchase a pit pass (including racers).
  • Please let your friends and family know that they can purchase a pit pass for the day (which is good for the main show as well)  and do not need to purchase a ticket. 
  • We will not refund tickets as those are sold through the venue.  It is the racer’s responsibility to inform their crew of this policy. 
  • Most venues will have a designated pit pass seating area. 
  • Please look for signage showing the reserved sections.  This typically is for the main show only, however we do sometimes limit full building access and will have these areas clearly marked. we appreciate your attention to limited access areas.
  • Pit Parking is on a first come first serve basis.  Please plan accordingly.
  • Some venues may have parking/camping charges.  we do not handle parking or camping so please contact the facility in advance if you have questions about this.

*Ticket holders are not allowed in the building until the doors open for the main show

  • All racers will be required to use our transponders. 
  • You will be required to checkin in & provide a credit card for a security deposit upon transponder pick up
    • Pick Up Times: Friday: 5-7 pm & Saturday: 8-9 am
  • Do not show up late to this as our timing and scoring staff will be busy preparing for practice and heats. 
  • If you are running late, please send someone to pick up your transponder.   
  • Return your transponder to the pit pass seller at the conclusion of your racing for the weekend.  Otherwise, you will be charged a $250 non-return fee.  No exceptions.
  • Pro Information
    • Pro winnings will be paid at the event following the race you qualified for a payout.  This gives us time to confirm that the results posted on race night. are correct.  Please check in with Karen at each event to receive your winnings. Winnings will be paid by check.  If you are an international racer, please check with Karen on how you can receive your money.
    • All pro’s must check in at transponder pick up. Please refer to timing and scoring section & registration section for specific details.
    • We ask that all pro’s attend the pit party prepared with a sharpie or pen ready to sign autographs.
  • Pit Party
    • The pit party will be on the track at each event, from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. 
    • We will open the pit gate doors for racers at 5:15 so you can get on the track before the doors open to the general public.
    • We will have a table set up for autographs and ask that all pro’s attend the pit party with a sharpie or pen and sign autographs. 
    • The pit party is free to all spectators.
  • Photographers/Media Credentials
    • We are tightening up our media pass availability as we have been having too many individuals on the track during racing. 
    • We will only be allowing a certain number of media on the track, and we will grant those requests by email only.
    • Please do not show up to the event and ask for a media pass.
    • We will no longer hand them out without prior authorization and vetting.
    • Media passes are for legitimate photographers that we have approved in advance. 
    • Please go to our website and click on media and fill out the application. 
    • If you are approved you will be required to sign a contract giving Endurocross full rights to any pictures or video that you obtain at one of our events. 
    • We are requesting that you fill out the media request application at least 14 days prior to the event you are seeking permission for.

Pit parking

Pit parking is first come, first served. A designated pit area is adjacent to the arena.

Pit Passes

Pit Passes are required for all racers, family, friends, or support crew.

AMA Member

ALL racers are required to have an active AMA Membership.

pricing

Prices for both Registration and Passes increase at the event. Please register and purchase passes online.

Timing & Scoring

MyLaps Transponders are required for all competitors. Your registration free includes a transponder. No privately owned transponders.

EX Pro

Eligibility

  • EX Pro
    • Top 10 EX Pro Riders in points standings from previous season
    • +2 Wild Card riders as selected at promoters discretion
    • +4 Qualified riders from EX Expert

Restrictions

  • Any Production Motorcycle 98cc & up
  • Wheel base over 55 inches
  • Trials motorcycles/tires are NOT allowed
  • Continuously Ribbed (Paddle) tires are not allowed
  • Two-wheeled drive machines are permitted
  • Electric powered machines are allowed

EX Expert

Eligibility

  • EX Expert
    • Any rider wishing to qualify for EX Pro
  • All entrants must be at least 12 years of age as of race date.
  • There will be a maximum of 48 race entries.
  • Not Subject to AMA Advancement.

Restrictions

  • Any Production Motorcycle 98cc & up
  • Wheel base over 55 inches
  • Trials motorcycles/tires are NOT allowed
  • Continuously Ribbed (Paddle) tires are not allowed
  • Two-wheeled drive machines are permitted
  • Electric powered machines are allowed

EX Intermediate

Eligibility

  • Intermediate: All riders who have yet to meet EX Pro class requirements and are not wishing to qualify for the EX Pro Championship race. Not subject to AMA Advancement.
  • There will be a maximum of 60 Race Entries.

Restrictions

  • Any Production Motorcycle 98cc & up
  • Trials motorcycles are allowed
  • Trials tires are NOT allowed
  • Continuously Ribbed (Paddle) tires are not allowed
  • Two-wheeled drive machines are permitted
  • Electric powered machines are allowed

EX Novice

Eligibility

  • All riders who have yet to meet EX Pro class requirements.
  • Not subject to AMA Advancement.
  • There will be a maximum of 48 entries.

  • All riders at least 35 years of age the day of the event who have yet to meet EX Pro class requirements.

  • Wheel base over 55 inches
  • Trials motorcycles are allowed
  • Trials tires are NOT allowed

EX Junior

Eligibility

  • All entrants must be 12-17 years of age as of race date.
  • Open to Trials or MC
  • There will be a maximum of 48 race entries.
  • Open to all riders NATC JR Clubman through JR Expert Sportsman (NATC Green White Blue Lines)
  • NO RED OR BLACK Line Riders.
  • No NATC expert or pro riders in the age range
  • Not Subject to AMA Advancement.

Restrictions

  • Open to Trials or MC 
  • FIM Trials tire rules.  Must run a FIM front and Rear approved Trials tire 
  • Examples of Approved front and Rear tires: Dunlop 803GP front and Rear, Michelin X11
  • Trials Bikes must be in a normal trials event configuration.  Consistent with NATC rules and set up.  Any Issues we default to the NATC rulebook on bikes. 
  • No points for dabs, straight up racing with start gate.
  • No hole hot devices allowed.

EX Pro Women

Eligibility

  • All entrants must be at least 12 years of age as of race date.
  • There will be a maximum of 48 race entries.
  • Not Subject to AMA Advancement.

  • Wheel base over 55 inches

How long is my race?

For all amateur classes, each race is 4 minutes + 1 lap.

For Pros, each race is 6 minutes + 1 lap.

What gear am I required to have?

Must wear a full face helmet and googles. Trials boots are approved but moto boots are recommended.

Am I allowed a mechanic?

Pits are open during race and mechanics / spotters are allowed to use pit boards from the dedicated pit area and mechanic area.

When does Online Registration close?

Online registration closes at Midnight 12:00AM MST on the Wednesday before each event. Prices increase at event. 

Do I need a Transponder?

MyLaps Transponders are required to race our event.

You are able to rent one each round via Online Registration or at the event. 

 

 

Am I required to be an AMA Member?

AMA Membership: You must be an active AMA member to race an EnduroCross event.

Annual memberships and day pass options are available. You will not be able to register without an AMA number.

DA8 Training Class

Destry & Cooper will separate the groups by levels and will work with them on sections (while riding). Throughout the class, you will walk and discuss each section. Afterwards, you’ll learn the best way to get over each obstacle (the right and safe way).
